Return & Exchange Eligibility
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
Items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with all tags and original packaging intact.
Original boxes must be included.
Custom-made items and items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned or exchanged.
Sale and promotional items follow our regular return policy.
Returns/exchanges must be shipped from the same country where the order was originally delivered (e.g., U.S. orders must be returned from the U.S.).
We reserve the right to refuse returns/exchanges if the items show signs of use or alteration.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before product processing for a full refund.
Once the order has been processed, we cannot cancel it.
How to Return an Item
Step 1: Contact our Customer Service Team at support@bonslife.com with:
- Order number
- Proof of purchase
- Video or photo of the product (if defective)
Step 2: Place the item(s) back in the original packaging.
Step 3: Stick the return label we provide on the outer box of the product.
Step 4: Hand the package to the courier. After the courier inspects the package, close and secure it for shipment.
Refund Amounts
- Defective / Damaged Product: We cover the return shipping cost and issue a full refund.
- Customer’s Choice (wrong size, dislike, etc.): Customer pays the original shipping cost and return shipping cost. A 30% restocking fee applies.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive your package, processing takes 7–14 business days (longer during peak periods).
If the return does not meet our conditions, the item will be returned to you at your expense.
When approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Please allow up to 7 additional days for your bank or card provider to finalize the refund.
