Shipping Methods
Orders are fulfilled via FedEx, USPS, or Amazon Logistics, depending on the delivery address and optimal efficiency. Please note that large bulk orders may be shipped in multiple installments to ensure safe and timely arrival.

Heavy Item Shipping:
- As many of our products are industrial-grade, large or heavy items may be shipped in multiple batches. Shipping fees for these items are calculated based on actual weight and will be clearly displayed at the checkout page according to your destination.

Standard Shipping (General Items):
- FREE on orders over $90.
- $9.99 flat rate for orders under $90.

LTL / Freight Services:
- For large-scale orders requiring LTL service, please contact us at support@bonslife.com to receive a customized shipping quote before placing your order.
Delivery Time
- Handling Time: Most orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
- Transit Time (Standard Items): 3–7 business days.
- Transit Time (Oversized or Heavy Items): 7–15 business days (may involve split shipments).
Note: Delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as national holidays, extreme weather, or temporary stock shortages. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
If your order has not arrived within 15 business days, please contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.
Shipping Coverage
We ship to all continental U.S. states, Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays).
We do not ship to:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- Northern Mariana Islands
- Puerto Rico
- U.S. Virgin Islands
- APO/FPO/DPO addresses

Tracking Your Order
