Return & Exchange Eligibility

All orders placed on our website are eligible for return and exchange services under the conditions outlined below:

  • 30-Day Window: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. Requests made after 30 days are not eligible for a return or exchange.

  • Original Condition Required: Items eligible for return must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition as received, with all original tags intact.

  • Packaging: All original packaging and boxes must be included and remain undamaged.

  • Non-returnable Items: Custom-made items, personalized hardware, and products marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Geographic Consistency: Returns and exchanges must be shipped from the same country where the order was originally delivered (e.g., U.S. orders must be returned from the U.S.).

  • Prior Authorization Required: Items sent back to our warehouses without first requesting a return and receiving official approval will not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of use or alteration.

Conditions for Returns and Exchanges

  • Quality-Related Issues: Returns due to verified quality problems or manufacturing defects are eligible for a full refund. Bonslife will cover the return shipping costs and issue a prepaid return label.

  • Non-Quality-Related Reasons: For returns driven by buyer's remorse, change of mind, incorrect size ordered, or dislike, the customer is fully responsible for both the original shipping cost and the return shipping cost. Additionally, a 30% restocking fee will be deducted from the final refund amount.

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled for a full refund before the product enters the processing stage.

  • Once an order has been processed or dispatched from our fulfillment centers, it cannot be canceled and must follow the standard return process outlined below.

How to Return an Item

Step 1: Contact Customer Service

Email our dedicated support team at support@bonslife.com to initiate the return process. Please provide the following details:

  • Your Order Number

  • Proof of Purchase

  • Photos of the shipping labels on the package

  • Clear photos or videos of the product (specifically highlighting any quality or damage issues)

Note: Please check your spam folder if you do not see a response within 24–48 business hours.

Step 2: Inspection and Approval

  • Our operations team will review your request. If approved, we will provide further return instructions. If Bonslife is covering the shipping cost due to a quality issue, we will issue a prepaid return label via email.

Step 3: Pack and Ship the Item 

  • Return the item using the original packaging and notify us once the item has been shipped.

Step 4: Processing Your Return

  • Upon receiving the package at our domestic warehouse, our inspection team will verify its condition. This warehouse inspection and processing typically takes 7–14 business days (and may take longer during peak promotional seasons).

Refund Policy & Timeline

  • Approved Refunds: Once the warehouse inspection is successfully completed, your refund will be processed. Approved refunds will be issued directly to your original payment method.

  • Banking Window: Please allow 10 business days for the credit to reflect on your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider's processing timelines.

  • Policy Violations: If a returned item does not meet our strict return conditions (e.g., items showing signs of use, missing parts, or damaged during return transit due to improper packaging), we reserve the right to deny the refund or issue a partial refund at our sole discretion. Under such circumstances, the item may be returned to you at your expense.

Non-Refundable Situations & Items

Non-Refundable Situations:

  • Incorrect contact details, wrong commercial addresses, or inaccurate shipping information provided by the customer at checkout.

  • Failure or refusal to coordinate with/respond to the local shipping courier via phone or email.

  • Explicit refusal to accept or sign for the freight/parcel delivery upon arrival.

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Gift cards.

  • Items with clear and distinct signs of prior use.

  • Items not returned in their original structural condition, damaged due to buyer misuse, or missing essential components/hardware.

  • Packages sent back outside of the standard 30-day return window.
